• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or staff.

78abc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Upon evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

If there is a valid withdrawable balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
